Christmas day is in our grasp
So long as we have hands to clasp.

This year to celebrate the holiday season we decided to have a Grinch Christmas party! The classic version of the story is a staple in our home every holiday season. But I had never seen the new version. So we had a little party with all of our sweet little cuginetti to do some Grinching and watch the movie.
We had a few fun treats and snacks to celebrate with. You can see more if you hop on over to this post! My favorite were the adorable Santa Grinch water bottles.
Blast this Christmas music! It’s joyful and triumphant.

We began our little party by making aprons… the perfect craft for baking season! We had gotten these ones at Taco time for free over the summer, so they worked out great. [You can find some adorable aprons to decorate at Oriental Trading Company. I have used theirs before and they worked out great] We decorated them with felt shapes and letters, pom poms, puffy paint and fabric pens! They turned out super cute.
While we waited for our aprons to dry we made snow!! You can find the super fun recipe here! The kids looooved this activity. They never wanted to stop. And you only need two ingredients!! The best part is that it is actually cold, and you can actually build snowmen with it!!!
After snow we washed up and had a snack! We love our Grinchy popcorn. You can find out more about the fun snacks and treats at this post. These Grinchy treats are perfect for snuggling up and watching the Grinch movie together!
